FAQ

Good questions, quick answers.

Is the app free?
Yes. The Rubber Duck app and VIP Rewards are completely free to download and join, on iPhone and Android.
How do I earn points?
Buy an automatic wash in the app and you earn 1 point for every $1 you spend. Points are earned on the credit-card portion; wallet-only purchases don't earn points.
How many points is a free wash?
150 points = a free Bronze Wash, 175 points = a free Silver Wash, and 200 points = a free Gold Wash.
How do I redeem my points?
Open VIP Reward Points in the app, select “Reward Points” and redeem the wash package you want. The funds will be added to your wallet. Next time you visit, choose Buy Single Wash and the cost comes off your wallet balance.
Is this a membership?
No. There are no memberships or monthly plans. VIP Rewards is a points loyalty program: you pay per wash like normal, and your points add up toward free washes.
What about my free first Gold Wash?
That one's on us and you claim it right here on our site, not in the app. VIP Rewards is how you earn more free washes after that. Get My Free Gold Wash
